Our Final Kiss

We are honored to feature the work of Antonio Santos.

“Our Final Kiss” was painted at the Nova Field Memorial inspired by Oct 7th survivors Amir and Nir who photographed themselves giving a final kiss to one another in the bushes as they hid from Hamas terrorists. The message they wanted to give to the world was that they loved each other til the end. The message I wanted to memorialize as the artist was what I’ve seen time and time again in the Israeli people: “We will choose love in the face of hate, and love in the face of death.” This resilience is contagious and admirable and should always be remembered.
